No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider while reading this page. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we collect, and only when you send it

The quote form. If you submit an enquiry we receive the name, email address, and any company, phone number, collection point, destination, vehicle details and message you choose to enter. We use it to reply to you and to quote the shipment. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Shipment tracking. If you look up a VIN or container number, that number is sent to the shipment system that holds the container records so it can return the result. We do not store your searches.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP addresses, as part of running the site. When you submit the quote form we also hold your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not written to a database and does not survive a restart.

Who else sees it

We keep the list short deliberately. Quote enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. Shipment lookups are answered by the system that holds our container records. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards for our business records, and are deleted on request unless we are required to keep them — for example under accounting or customs law once a shipment has actually taken place.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to turtemauab@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we change this page at the same time and update the date at the top.
